We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on orders over £50. £3.95 for orders under £50.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): £6.95 (Order by 12 PM for same-day dispatch).

International Delivery

We ship worldwide! Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Please proceed to checkout for available options and estimated delivery times.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. Pack the item securely and include your order number.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked service.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
